How to tell it apart

Not to be confused with: Smooth dogfish

Smooth dogfish has no dorsal spines and does have an anal fin. The spiny dogfish has a spine before each dorsal and no anal fin.

Sizes are the printed sheet. Framed pieces add a 1.5″ mat and about 1″ of frame on every side.
