Returns & our guarantee

Everything is made to order for you. If anything arrives damaged or defective, or simply isn't right, tell us within 30 days with a photo and we'll reprint it or refund you. Personalised pieces are covered for damage and for any error on our side.

Tell me when it is ready

Each species is drawn from real references and checked feature by feature before it is released. We'll email you once, when it's in the shop. Requests also move a species up our drawing queue.
