Yellow-bronze stripe from the snout through the eye to the tail base, with a narrower stripe above it
Large, round, sharply defined dark blotch at the base of the tail
Silvery-white body with faint fine yellowish lines along the scale rows
Pale, whitish fins and a forked tail
No blue stripes on the head
